In November, the Swiss Biotech Association has organized two informal meetings for exchange and networking among peers. The Swiss biotech CFO meeting covered venture financing, and the Swiss biotech HR leaders meetingfocused on collaboration, innovation, and people-first leadership.
Swiss biotech CFO meeting on November 18 at SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich: Three engaging panels dove deep into the intricacies of venture financing, and fostered valuable exchanges among participants, promoting informal peer-to-peer exchange and networking.
Swiss biotech HR leaders meeting on November 19 at the Biofactory Competence Center in Fribourg: The conversations explored HR’s critical role in building and scaling people processes, deepening employees’ connection to mission and purpose, leveraging AI to transform HR practices, and growing talent to meet the industry’s future needs. The meeting sparked new ideas, fostered valuable connections, and provided a platform to share insights that will shape the future of culture, leadership, and talent in biotech.
